We who are members of the adult fellowship class at
I Came to know Jesus Christ as
my personal savior as a child.
I’ve had the wonderful privilege of being reared in the church by godly
parents who often talked about the importance of living a life that
pleases and honors the Lord Jesus.
Even as young as 14 years of age, I taught backyard Bible classes for children
during the summer and I've been teaching ever since!
Currently I am a full-time Professor of Education at
It is a wonderful opportunity and privilege to lead a Bible class on Sunday
mornings at
The Psalms we have been focusing on have been a tremendous source of
encouragement and comfort. The various psalms have been a reminder of God's
faithfulness and the need for our corresponding response in faithfulness to
God.
My "life verse" is Gal. 2:20. "I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who
live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now
live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and
gave himself for me."
My favorite hymn is "Great
is Thy Faithfulness," which has as its focus Lamentations 3:22-23: "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never
come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Fellowship
Class Project The Fellowship
Sunday Class has had an on-going project for over thirty years. The
class takes up a free-will offering the first Sunday of every month to
purchase electric shavers for the male clients at the
